Massachusetts Uniform Probate Court Practice XIII: Domestic Relations - Acceptance of Service - Summons Form

When service of a complaint is accepted in accordance with Dom.Rel.P.Rule 4(d)(1), such acceptance shall be as prescribed on the Domestic Relations Summons form.
