Massachusetts Uniform Probate Court Practice XII: Notices of Divorce Decrees

[Disclaimer]

Upon the entry of a temporary order or a judgment of divorce nisi, separate support, or annulment or any modification thereof, the register of probate shall give notice to the defendant and all attorneys at the last known address of record of the entry of such order or judgment, including as part of said notice any order for support or alimony.

(Note: This practice has been amended to delete the requirement of giving notice of the entry of a divorce judgment absolute.)
