Massachusetts Probate and Family Court Standing Order 5-09: Medical Certificates In Conservatorship of Minor Matters
No Medical Certificate or Clinical Team Report shall be required in proceedings for
Conservatorship of a minor filed pursuant to G. L. c. 190B, § 5-401(b) unless
ordered by the Court.
Effective July 1, 2009.
