Massachusetts Supplemental Probate and Family Court Rule 46: Exceptions Unnecessary
In all cases not governed by the Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P., exceptions shall be unnecessary as provided in Mass.R.Civ.P. 46.

Reporter's Notes (2012): Mass.R.Civ.P. 46 and Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P. 46 are identical except that Mass.R.Dom.Rel.P. 46 applies only when a stenographer is present or the proceedings are recorded.
