Massachusetts District/Municipal Court Criminal Rule 7: Trials

Jury-waived trials and jury trials shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of law applicable to such trials in Superior Court, as provided by G.L. c. 218, ss. 26A and 27A(d) and (e), respectively.

Effective January 1, 1996.
