Rule 107: Statutes, By-Laws, Ordinances, Rules, Orders, and Regulations
In every action wherein a party relies for ground of relief or defense upon any federal or state statute, by-law, ordinance, rule, order or regulation, he shall so state in his pleading and shall therein identify the same.
