(Amending Executive Order No. 151 as 
amended by Executive Order No., 154)

    Executive Order No. 151, as amended by Executive Order No. 154, is hereby
amended by deleting from Sec. 2 the word "seventeen" and substituting therefore the
word "eighteen".
