EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 146

(Amending Executive Order No. 137)

    Executive Order No. 137 is hereby amended by deleting
Section I (D), establishing terms of membership, in its
entirety and substituting therefor the following new
paragraph:

    D. Members of the Council shall serve a term of
four years unless removed by the Governor.
