EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 129

PUBLIC SAFETY COUNCIL INCREASE IN SIZE

    WHEREAS, it is expedient to expand the Public Safety
Council, created by Executive Order No. 128, dated September 2,
1976, so that the views of a broader range of agencies will be
represented thereon.

    NOW, THEREFORE, I, Michael S. Dukakis, Governor of the
Commonwealth, by virtue of the authority vested in me as
supreme executive magistrate, do hereby order that Executive
Order No. 128 is amended by adding to the list of members in
Article I.A. the following members:

		Commissioner, Department of Corrections
		
		Executive Director, Committee on Criminal Justice

		Director, Governor's Highway Safety Bureau.
